Stuck

So im trying to unstick 6 cyl lifter just like the video. I’m not getting the push rod to pop out. Used hammer and air hammer with no luck. Been banging for about 30 mins. Any more tips or tricks?

Thank the lord that worked! Turned once and tried no luck and second turn it popped right out!!!
